I would like to book a mobile home or chalet, how can I make a booking?

 

Making a booking is very easy when you use the “search & find” program here on the right hand or make a booking by telephone or Email !

Advantage of using the “Search and Find” calendars is that you can instantly see if the requested holiday period is available/free. After making all the necessary booking steps, the reservation will be recorded in our planning. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Quality Holidays reserves the right to refuse bookings within 48 hours without reason. Quality Holidays will sent the necessary travel documents in PDF format to you by email or regular mail. Included in the email we’ll sent you also general information about the campsite + our bank details + travel advises. The booking is a firm booking upon receipt of your first payment.

 

2. Payments:

Down payment must be settled within 2 weeks (30% of the total amount). The remainder must be settled 6 weeks before arrival. We will sent a reminder in case we haven’t received any payments.

3. Reservation costs:

€ 15.00 per booking .

 

4. What is the meaning of:

21 = 14 and 14 = 10 and 7 = 6 discount (low season):

You pay only 14 nights but stay 21 nights

You pay only 10 nights but stay 14 nights

You pay only 6 nights but stay 7 nights

 

5. Local costs:

Upon arrival it may be possible you have to pay local taxes and fees.

These costs depends on which campsite you are, extra costs could be for example:
• Security deposit
• Tourist tax
• Costs for end cleaning or energy
• Pets
• Costs for baby furniture hired through the site

 

6. Deposit:

At the end of your stay we will refund the security deposit in cash, provided that the property is in optimum condition, clean and without damage. If there is a damage caused by an accident on the property, the deposit (or part ) will be retained.

 

7. Travel insurances:

We strongly recommend to order together with your reservation a travel /cancellation insurance. Quality Holidays is agent of UNIGARANT insurances. These insurances cover damages caused by you to the accommodation and also will refund the amount you paid for your holiday in case of suddenly circumstances in the family, unemployment , illness, death, etc.

 

8. Pets:

Some campsites allow pets in the accommodation. In France, dogs must be chipped and in possession of a valid European passport . (Fight Racial Category 1 +2 are prohibited on all campsites).

 

9. Arrival and departure days:

Nearly on all campsites arrivals and departures in the low season are possible every day (minimum stay of 2 - 3 nights ). In the high season arrivals and departures possible usually on Saturday and/or Tuesday. In the “Search & Find” program, the calendar will highlight the available changeover days per campsite. At the end of your stay the accommodation should be left in a clean condition before 10.00 A.M.

 

10. Maximum number of occupants:

Maximum number of people accepted per plot is 5 - 6 persons. Depends on what type of accommodation you have booked. Sometimes only 3 - 4 people are permitted in the accommodation.

 

11. Is it allowed to put a small tent next to the accommodation?

Some campsites allow you to put a (small) tent next to the accommodation. Sometimes it's free, sometimes you have to pay a supplement to the campsite. If you want to take a tent along please contact us to discuss whether or not it is permitted on the site in question and what the charges  will be. Please note that if you bring a tent, the total number of people on the pitch can’t exceed the maximum number of 6 persons.

 

12. Youth groups :

Youth below 18 years who are unaccompanied by an adult are not allowed in the accommodation.

 

13. Can we rent furniture for children:

A high chair and/or cot can be locally rented on the campsite. We advise you to reserve these attributes advance.

 

14. Is it allowed to wear a boxer-short in the pool:

In France it is forbidden to wear boxer shorts in the pool. We recommend to wear only Lycra slips in the pool.

 

15. Is it possible we can choose a sunny spot, shaded area or the same accommodation we had last year:

Yes, you can indicate a preference, if still available, we’ll give you the desired plot free of charge and mention this agreement in the invoice.
